In this workshop we will explore tools to identify design and build a joyful life:

- Methods to identify those activities which bring meaning an purpose to your life
- Learn to identify road blocks to achieving goals and how to work with this energy and overcome these energy drains.
- Work in a group environment to build shared meaning and understanding in the process of developing a joyful life
- See clearly obstacles to your success and how to work with them
- We will be using the text How to Be Happy by Foster and Hicks which is loaded with hopeful stories and useful interventions.
- We will be utilizing an exercise from Advanced DBT skills manual on Value living questionnaire
- We will be stimulating the thought process of what makes a joyful and happy life
- We will be utilizing Tibetan Yoga techniques to release confining emotional states and open you up to this challenging and exciting work.

We will be going thru exercises to help tap your imagination and potential of what life could like.
We will have group process and sharing, but in all areas you may choose to share what feels comfortable or simply take notes for yourself.
Our external representation of life and all of the joys actually occur in our minds. So it makes sense that our mind, a wish fulfilling jewel, will be crucial to enlist in building an excellent life and learning to appreciate it
