PROGRESS
Facing ambivalence and finding motivation is a normal part of:
- Overcoming Habits and Addictions
- Mastering Anxiety and Depression
- Setting and Accomplishing Goals
- Improving Relationship or Career Satisfaction
While these goals require hard work and commitment from you, they also require a structure that fits your personality and preferred style of change.
Measuring success and set backs at every session – allows you and your counselor/therapist to focus energy into the right areas. This leads to Momentum, Faster and Longer Lasting Results!
Specific measurements often include:
Anxiety, Depression, Suicidality, Positive feelings and Relationship Satisfaction.
In addition, some counselors/therapists encourage evaluation at each session for:
Empathy, Helpfulness, Satisfaction, Your Commitment, Negative feelings and Difficulties.
If these things aren’t being measured how do you and your counselor/therapist know what’s working and by how much?
You owe it to yourself to invest in the right structure to assist you in change!
